Use Xyla in ChatGPT and Claude

Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your Xyla shop. You can see what's coming up, approve posts, check results and change settings without opening Xyla.

What you can do

• See your shop at a glance: plan, AI credits, autopilot, posts waiting for you and the next posts due.
• See the week ahead as a calendar.
• Approve or reject posts that wait for your review, one at a time or every post shown.
• Ask for a change to a post. Xyla tells you if it costs credits before it starts.
• See how your posts did, on plans that include Insights.
• Change your posting settings, see what changed, and undo a change.
• Turn autopilot on or off.
• Check your social accounts and get a link to reconnect one.

Approved posts go into your schedule. Nothing is published straight from the chat. Billing and disconnecting a social account stay in Xyla.

Add Xyla to ChatGPT

Xyla is waiting for its listing in the ChatGPT app directory. Once it's listed:

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps, and search for Xyla.
2. Click Connect.
3. Sign in to Xyla, pick your shop and click Allow.

Add Xyla to Claude

Add Xyla as a custom connector:

1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.
3. Name it Xyla and paste this URL: https://app.xyla.ai/mcp
4. Keep the settings Claude picks for you:
   • Authentication: Sign in now. Claude may label No sign-in as detected. Ignore that: your shop's tools need you to sign in.
   • OAuth client: Use Claude's published identity. Register automatically works too.
   • Request headers: leave empty.
5. Click Add, then Connect.
6. Sign in to Xyla, pick your shop and click Allow.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add the connector before you can use it.

Signing in

Sign in with your Xyla email and password, or with your Shopify store. No password yet? Use the Get a link by email option on the sign-in page to set one. If you run more than one shop, you pick which one the assistant can use. Every answer names that shop.

Free store preview

Not using Xyla yet? Ask ChatGPT or Claude to preview your store and paste your store link. You get a short brand scan and 3 sample posts made from your own products, free and with no account. To keep the samples, save them to a free Xyla account from the link in the chat.

• It works for Shopify and WooCommerce stores that are open to the public.
• Each store gets one preview a week. Asking again shows the same samples.
• It only runs from the ChatGPT and Claude apps. Other MCP clients and tools on your own computer can use the signed-in features, but not the preview.

Disconnect

• In Xyla, go to Settings, then Connected assistants, and click Disconnect. It stops working straight away. Open Connected assistants.
• You can also remove Xyla from the app or connector settings in ChatGPT or Claude.
• Changing your Xyla password disconnects every assistant you've connected.
